MEET JEREMIAH BUTLER
Jeremiah brings extensive expertise in residential construction and project management to your custom home project. With a background in construction management and operational leadership, Jeremiah ensures meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and a seamless process from design to completion. His experience includes managing complex projects, coordinating trades, and delivering on client needs, making him well-equipped to bring your unique vision to life.
Experience in Residential Homebuilding
Jeremiah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the residential homebuilding industry and business operations. Currently, he is the Owner/Broker of Realty ONE Group Ethos and Managing Partner of Ethos Builders, both established in May 2022. In these roles, he leverages his deep understanding of construction practices and real estate markets to provide comprehensive buying, developing, and selling experiences.
Before Custom Home Building and Real Estate
Prior to his current ventures, Jeremiah served as Director of Operations at a local custom home building company for nearly five years, where he managed various aspects of the business, including sales, real estate acquisitions, CRM implementation, estimating, purchasing, and project financial management. His responsibilities also included developing business strategies, implementing operational and financial analytical frameworks, and monitoring existing systems for improvements.
Earlier in his career, Jeremiah worked at Alltran, progressing through several roles over six years, including Director of Sales Operations, Manager of Sales Analytics & Technology, and Regional Director of Business Development. In these positions, he oversaw sales operations, directed growth initiatives, and established new business territories. He also served as a Construction Manager at Creber Construction Inc, where he managed daily construction operations and coordinated various aspects of the residential construction process.

MEET JARRETT SVENDSEN
Jarrett is a partner with Ethos Builders, a custom home building company known for crafting high-end, better-built homes that reflect each client's unique vision. With a strong background in real estate, Jarrett brings a deep understanding of market trends, property values, and location dynamics to every project. This dual expertise allows him to guide clients seamlessly from land acquisition through design and construction, ensuring a smooth and informed home-building experience from start to finish.
Experienced Educator, Real Estate Professional and Home Building Expert
Jarrett Svendsen is a highly educated entrepreneur with extensive experience in the residential homebuilding and real estate industries. As Managing Partner with Ethos Builders, a premier estate development company in the western suburbs of Chicago, Jarrett oversees sales and marketing, client management, negotiations, and helps to grow the business.
Jarrett also holds an Illinois Designated Managing Broker’s license and has helped launch the local real estate brokerage, Realty ONE Group Ethos. There, Jarrett represents clients, advises real estate investors, manages properties, coaches other agents, and facilitates property renovations.

Before Connecting Humans with Custom Homes & Realty
Jarrett received a Master of Arts in Teaching, a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sociology from DePaul University in Chicago. While Jarrett was growing his experience in real estate and construction, he was also a school teacher focusing on Earth and Environmental Sciences for 8 years. This educational background enhances his ability to effectively communicate with clients, educate them on various processes, and provide expert guidance throughout their homebuilding or real estate journey.
